The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the middle of Candolim and close to everything. You can easily walk out to the beach and enjoy the beautiful views. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The staff provides excellent service and the buffet breakfast offers a variety of delicious options. the hotel offers facilities such as a refreshing pool and a homely ambiance that will make your stay enjoyable.

The AC in the coach and the music system do not seem to work properly.

Good Hotel to stay. The staff is good n co-operative. Nice rooms with good breakfast menus. Its a cool family stay with the beach nearby n also cool for a couple outing.

Can improve on food and visibilty of the hotel.

The food whether buffet or ala carte was fantastic and great value. The owner of the property and the bar staff were very so very helpful and friendly.

A couple of the reservations staff not so friendly or helpful and a couple of the restaurant staff also no to helpful and not too good english. For the price I would have though at the very least the bathroom would have shampoo, conditioner or toothbrush and toothpaste.

Had a great time on my city break! The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore. The staff was very friendly, providing excellent customer service. I especially enjoyed the delicious free breakfast in the mornings.

The hotel was a bit outdated and could use some renovations. Some of the furniture appeared worn and the bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked.

It is located in one of the best places in North goa- Candolim. Close to quite a few places which is very good.

The Hotel Staff are not so cordial with the Indians as they are with the foreigners. The rooms not worth the value for money. The staff at the reception not knowledgable about the policies and procedures of specific booking sites online. To be specific, they put us in a lot of confusion. First we were asked if Booked.net had taken the payment, then they said it was not so. They asked us to mail Booked.net to check if payment was taken. They were not aware that Booked.net never takes any payment inspite of they having so many travellers booking through Booked.net. Also they tried to make extra money through by telling us that the Christmas gala dinner is not part of the package until we had to show them the message on Booked.net and I had to even send a mail to them to confirm that gala dinner is included. While checking out we were again asked if we would want to pay for the gala dinner which is pathetic. The gala dinner was not good, not even worth 500 rupees.

I had a fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. They even changed my room with a smile. The hotel was centrally located, just off the main road and close to everything. I loved the well-maintained gardens, they were so pleasant to walk through. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool. The beach was also nearby, making it very convenient for a quick swim.

Great customer service and hospitality. The staff were courteous and made us feel at home. The location was perfect, close to the beach and other attractions. We enjoyed the relaxing massage on the beach and the delicious Goan lunch prepared by the locals.
